At Wear And Go Wigs, we want you to love your new look; if you are not satisfied, you can return your unworn, lace-uncut wig within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring the lace is intact and no styling products have been applied.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the wig is in its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
